BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. The art was derived from the Japanese martial art of Kodokan judo in the early 20th century. It teaches that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique-most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training can be used for sport grappling tournaments and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense.
WRESTLING
Wrestling is a dynamic martial art, combat sport, and fitness discipline that emphasizes grappling, strength, and strategic control. Rooted in ancient traditions and evolved through centuries, it draws from styles like freestyle and Greco-Roman, with historical ties to cultures worldwide, including ancient Greece and Egypt. Wrestling teaches competitors to overpower opponents through techniques like takedowns, pins, and escapes, enabling athletes of all sizes to excel using skill, leverage, and endurance. Training at our gym builds not only physical prowess but also mental toughness, making it ideal for competitive tournaments, fitness goals, or personal growth.
